Specific Terms and Conditions for returns and refunds against purchases are outlined below:

Event Bookings Terms and Conditions

Bookings for all seminars, workshops, online webinars, teleseminars and our other scheduled events are subject to the following conditions:

  • Unless specifically notified, pre-booking for attendance at live events is essential. No admittance can be given on the day without registration in advance.
  • All bookings are made online through events listing pages on ShesIngenious.org . No telephone or email bookings can be accepted.
  • Places for most events are limited and in high demand. You may cancel your place up to 4 weeks before the event and receive a refund, less £10 cancellation charge.
  • We regret that less than 4 weeks before an event, no refund can be given.
  • Although every effort is made to run events as scheduled, no guarantee is made that they will take place or that the detail of the event will be as described.
  • In the unlikely event that an event is cancelled, the booking price you paid will be refunded in full.
  • If an event is postponed, you will be given the option to book a place at the same price at a later date or receive a full refund.
  • Our liability is limited to the refund of the booking price you paid, and does not extend to other costs you may have incurred in arranging to attend an event.
  • Unless automatically made, cancellations and requests for refunds must be notified to us by email or through the form at Contact Us.Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted.
  • For all enquiries and correspondence about event bookings, please use the email address you made the booking with (usually the email you joined with, if you are a Member).

Coaching and mentoring

Before agreeing to work with you a coaching or mentoring clients, terms and conditions will be discussed and agreed. Generally, as a matter of professional conduct, a coach or client may, with reasonable notice, for any reason request to cease the coaching or mentoring arrangement.

Books and Downloads 

  • If a downloadable product, including but not limited to eBooks and MP3 audio recordings, has been purchased and the file downloaded successfully to your computer, regretably we cannot accept a return or make a refund.
  • For books, CDs and other products delivered by post, a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping costs) will be made if the item is returned unopened within 7 days of receipt, with full details (your name, address, email, and reason for return) to:

  • For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service to return unwanted items.
  • Processing of a refund may take up to 5 days. You will be notified by email or post.
