10 Ways To Have More Self-Confidence

Do you suffer from lack of confidence? When uncertainty about oneself reigns, it's easy to feel downtrodden and hopeless. But turning the situation around is often just a case of developing some new, healthier habits.

These tips are simply real things I've seen make a difference to my coaching clients, and myself, time and again.

  1. Pin down your main immediate goals.
  2. Work toward an ideal picture of your future life, and make sure your goals work toward it.
  3. Get a plan, any plan. And act on it.
  4. Weed out the unimportant activities in your life and learn to say no.
  5. Hold in mind the good things you've achieved.
  6. Plug your gaps. Or decide to park them.
  7. Spread harmony in your thinking. And harmony will come back to you.
  8. Stop thinking for others. You are only responsible for yourself.
  9. If things aren't working out, just let go.
  10. Let the past be the past.

Of course the trick to restoring or finding your confidence is not in simply KNOWING these pointers. But in making sure you live and REALise them on a daily basis.

I find the quick guides easy to dip into as they are very to the point and the tips particularly useful.
