From Cally Robson, Coach & Founder, She's Ingenious!...

My friend Pat always used to say, "Flexibility is the art of good planning". And you know what, he's so right. I'll admit I'm pretty frayed at the end of Easter holidays trying to be an active mum AND get worky things done. But at least I haven't had to apply flexibility on volcanic proportions. What I have learned through time though, is that even when unexpected things come along to knock me off my stride, two things will help me get back on track quickly. One, if I reload the big picture and what I'm aiming for, and two, ditch feeling cross so I can get to the, "What am I going to do about it?" If you've had a disruptive couple of weeks, or a volcanic episode, I hope flexibility has decided to be your friend, too.  :)Cally
