SUBSCRIPTION

When you join, you enter into a legal contract to make a recurring payment according to the key terms regarding the trial period, trial cost, and renewal price as stated on the online subscription application form. You may cancel any time. Membership fees are not refundable, but may be transferable if you upgrade to another membership plan.

Members of She's Ingenious! get access to information, forums, meetings and mentoring according to their subscription plan at time of joining. We will do our best to help you get access to these, but we cannot guarantee the technology used will always work on your computer or other devices. If you experience problems accessing calls, please Contact Us in the first instance.

Should you fail to be satisfied with the support for members on this site, we welcome your feedback and will try to correct any problems. Unless you have good reason to be dissatified with the content and support set out in She's Ingenious!, unfortunately membership subscription fees, either in full or in part, are not refundable.

You are free to cancel your membership at any time yourself by logging in and visiting "My Account" and following the simple instructions. Cancellation takes immediate effect, but you may still access the website for the remainder of a subscription period you have already paid for.

Recurring payments will be debited from the credit or debit card you enter upon joining and will appear as Catallyst Ltd.

Please bear in mind that if you cancel your subscription, or fail to keep your credit or debit card details up to date, if you rejoin, new membership plans with different terms may be in place, for example at a higher monthly subscription. You will not be able to revert to your original plan.

Trial memberships are for one-time use per person. Please do not attempt to cancel your membership after the trial period and rejoin at the trial offer. We reserve the right to amend such subscriptions to the full fee.

To qualify for any bonus offered with a membership plan, your account must be active beyond the trial period.

DISCLAIMER

Used wisely, the resources on the site will save you time, money and frustration as you journey through the sometimes lengthy process of developing and commercializing your innovative idea.

LOGON DETAILS

Do not share your logon passwords and user names. Our system is designed to detect this immediately, and lock any account where more than one person signs on using the same username and password. Locked accounts are usually released after 24 hours.

EVENT BOOKINGS

Bookings for all seminars, workshops, online webinars, teleseminars and our other scheduled events are subject to the following conditions:

• Unless specifically notified, pre-booking for attendance at live events is essential. No admittance can be given on the day without registration in advance.
• All bookings are made online through events listing pages on ShesIngenious.org . No telephone or email bookings can be accepted.
• Places for most events are limited and in high demand. You may cancel your place up to 4 weeks before the event and receive a refund, less £10 cancellation charge.
• We regret that less than 4 weeks before an event, no refund can be given.
• Although every effort is made to run events as scheduled, no guarantee is made that they will take place or that the detail of the event will be as described.
• In the unlikely event that an event is cancelled, the booking price you paid will be refunded in full.
• If an event is postponed, you will be given the option to book a place at the same price at a later date or receive a full refund.
• Our liability is limited to the refund of the booking price you paid, and does not extend to other costs you may have incurred in arranging to attend an event.
• Unless automatically made, cancellations and requests for refunds must be notified to us by email or through the form at Contact Us.Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted.
• For all enquiries and correspondence about event bookings, please use the email address you made the booking with (usually the email you joined with, if you are a Member).

BOOKS AND DOWNLOADS

If a downloadable product, including but not limited to eBooks and MP3 audio recordings, has been purchased and the file downloaded successfully to your computer, regretably we cannot accept a return or make a refund.
For books, CDs and other products delivered by post, a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping costs) will be made if the item is returned unopened within 7 days of receipt, with full details (your name, address, email, and reason for return) to:

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service to return unwanted items.

Do not libel or defame others. shesingenious.org reserves the right to remove potentially libellous or defamatory postings. This site strongly disapproves "flaming" - posting to offend or cause dissent.

We monitor messages on the discussion forums, but do not generally edit them. However, we reserve the right to edit or remove objectionable postings.
